More than a demo reel

Glenn needed a professional home for voice acting, but a conventional performer template would have hidden the reason his work is distinctive. He is also a writer, producer, storyteller, game master, and creative collaborator. Those practices do not sit beside the voice work; they shape how he approaches it.

The challenge was to make the range legible without turning the site into a résumé pile. Every part needed to feel like one person, one point of view, and one invitation to work together.

The photographic system and custom mark frame Glenn as both a working performer and a recognizable creative presence.
The portfolio needed to sound like Glenn before anyone pressed play.

A signal with some teeth

The visual system combines warm studio light, heavy black fields, ember orange, newsprint texture, hand-marked notes, and a rooster-and-microphone emblem. It borrows the confidence of pulp covers and recording ephemera without turning Glenn into a costume.

An interactive comic-style opening introduces his roles through story, portraiture, and motion. Visitors can take the sequence at its intended pace or skip directly to the portfolio. The experience has a point of view, but it does not hold the work hostage.

Range you can actually navigate

The voice section gives the featured demo its own listening stage, then separates the broader sample library by character, narration, audiobook, and commercial work. Each sample pairs playable audio with a short role description, vocal range, and purpose.

That structure lets directors hear a clear first impression and still investigate the specific kind of read they need. The demo reel remains featured rather than appearing again as an ordinary sample card.

The voice is connected to the thinking

Writing, storytelling, production, and consultation each receive their own space instead of being compressed into a secondary skills list. A dedicated writing carousel presents substantial excerpts in a readable paper-textured frame, while testimonials and journal posts add evidence, context, and a reason to return.

The result makes a useful professional argument: Glenn can read finished material and help find the character, logic, tone, and story before the final performance begins.

Built to change after launch

A private custom CMS gives Glenn control over site copy, testimonials, writing samples, credits, voice samples, featured demos, contact settings, and journal posts. He can publish, hide, reorder, and revise the work without asking a developer to rebuild the page.

The public site reads from that managed content while keeping the authored design intact. Content can evolve; the system does not collapse into a generic page builder.

The invisible work still counts

The release includes a production domain and HTTPS, direct project-inquiry delivery with an email fallback, responsive layouts, keyboard-visible controls, semantic landmarks, and reduced-motion support. The contact destination and form endpoint remain editable from the CMS.

Search and sharing infrastructure includes descriptive metadata, canonical URLs, social preview art, structured data, a crawlable XML sitemap, and robots rules that keep private CMS and API routes out of public indexing.

One authored professional home

Glenn now has a live destination where someone can understand the person, hear the work, read the writing, inspect the range, and send a real project brief without leaving the experience. The site can absorb new demos, credits, samples, and posts as the practice grows.

It is polished enough to do business and specific enough to be remembered—the balance the project needed from the beginning.
